Khaja Din

Immigration Attorney Khaja M. Din, received his BA from Northeastern Illinois University in Political Science and his JD from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He is an entrepreneurial attorney and litigator with courtroom experience in both criminal defense and deportation defense. His practice focuses on the intersection of criminal and immigration law. Khaja has successfully argued motions and defended clients in the Western District of Wisconsin and the Northern District of Illinois. He has spoken about immigration law at various organizations from community based organizations to legal professional associations. Khaja is a published author of various articles on the subject of laws affecting immigrants in multiple newspapers and has been quoted in the news discussing the effects of immigration laws. On a personal note, Khaja enjoys traveling and working with at risk youth. Khaja is also an avid horseman and enjoys the challenge of training horses. Attorney Din is licensed by the State of Wisconsin with practice in Illinois limited to federal immigration law.

 

Seth B. Fitter

Attorney Seth B. Fitter is a former Senior Government Attorney with the US Department of Justice, Immigration and Naturalization Services (INS) which later became the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).  Attorney Seth B. Fitter started working for the INS in 1984 and retired after 32 years of service in 2017.
During those 32 years, Attorney Seth B. Fitter had an illustrious career with INS and DHS where he has held many prestigious positions – rising to the rank of Senior Attorney.  As a Senior Attorney, he litigated many high profile National Security cases and was the Federal Litigation Coordinator.  He has accumulated a wealth of legal and institutional knowledge. We are honored to have him be of counsel to our firm where he shares that wisdom and knowledge with our team.  This allows us to provide our clients with an advantage by further refining our strategies and ultimately helps in the implementation of those strategies.
